Dragon Cliff
At the Dragon Cliff, you can level up and refine some of the dragons.
The target dragons are those that can be unlocked at the Wonder and All-Star Battlefields (i.e., sacerd dragons).
Raising the level of the Dragon Cliff unlocks Active Skills (the 3rd of the Talents) for some dragons.
At keep level 30, the Dragon Cliff is unlocked and can be upgraded.
To raise the level of Dragon Cliff, it is necessary to raise the level of the Victory Column and the Triumphal Arch first.
Menu (Availability during upgrade, Unlock conditions)
There are no menus that need to be unlocked. All available from the beginning.

- Lv1: Active skill (3rd talent) of Norway Ridge
- Lv2: Active skill (3rd talent) of The dragon of Thebes
- Lv3: Active skill (3rd talent) of Nidhogg
- Lv4: Active skill (3rd talent) of Ladon
- Lv5: Active skill (3rd talent) of Amaterasu Dragon, Colchian Dragon, Ziz
Upgrade requirements (resources, etc.)
Note: “Construction Time” depends on the “ConstructionSpeed”. The following construction times and speeds are examples, most of which are based on my own play. Note that construction speed can be checked in the “Administration” section of the monarch’s detail screen.

please find attached the screen shot for upgrading to lv 5. I upgraded lv 4 without rlealising. Lv 4 requires Triumphal arch lv 4 and probably keep 33.
