How to raise Monarch Level quickly (How to get Monarch EXP)

4/13/2022 – To make the information clearer, I have separated the part about monarch EXP from the previous article “How to get Monarch EXP & Prestige efficiently (published September 2020)” into this article. For more information on how to earn prestige, see this article.
There is an upper limit to the level of generals, and they cannot be raised above the monarch’s level.
Therefore, in order to strengthen a general, it is first necessary to raise the monarch level, which requires earning monarch EXP.
The following is a summary of recommended ways to efficiently earn monarch EXP and other methods.
A) Recommend: Offering at Shrine
- For example
- In case of 151 offers
- Monarch EXP +7,248,000
- (*Shrine Lv35 / With monarch talent Lv2 offering)
If you do all of the following, it is not impossible to get 10,000,000 monarch EXP in one week.
(For a shrine level of 35).
A-1. Daily Offering at Gem (Recommended: 6 times/day)
The most cost-effective is 6 times a day. If you have gems to spare, 8 or 10 times is recommended.
Note: Cost of the offer
The Gem cost of an offer increases with the number of times it is made. (Resets every day)
- 1 time 25 gems
- 2 times 50 gems
- 3 times 100 Gems
- 4 times 100 Gems
- 5 times 200 Gems
- 6 times 200 gems – Total 675 gems so far
- 7 times 400 Gems
- 8 times 400 gems – Total 1,475 gems so far
- 9 times 600 Gems
- 10 times 600 gems – Total 2,875 gems so far
- 11 times 1,000 Gems
- 12 times 1,000 Gems
- 13 times 1,000 Gems
- 14 times 1,000 Gems
- 15 times 1,000 gems – Total 7,875 gems so far
- After 16th 1,500 Gems
A-2. Keep the Shrine level at the highest level
The amount of monarch EXP you get from the offer depends on your shrine level.
Examples
- Shrine Level 19 – > 10,000 EXP/round
- Shrine Level 25 – > 17,500 EXP/round
- Shrine Level 32 – > 37,500 EXP/round
* The above is without “offering” of monarch talent.
A-3. Monarch Talent – Choose “Offering” for 20% increase
If you choose “offering” in the first step, you can get up to 20% more Monarch EXP. (Max at monarch level 5)
Examples
– Shrine level 19
None -> 10,000 EXP/time
Available -> 12,000 EXP/time
– Shrine level 25
None -> 17,500 EXP/time
Available -> 21,000 EXP/time
– Shrine Level 32
None -> 37,500 EXP/time
Available -> 45,000 EXP/time
Addendum – Another way to increase the buff of the offering is to chose the culture Arabian (+5%).
But there’s no need to force a change, as you should choose Korea, Europe, America, and China if you’re focused on construction and research, and Japan and Russia if you’re focused on PvP.
A-4. Earn a lot of Tribute and make Offerings
As mentioned above, the cost of gems for an offer increases with the number of times it is made.
Therefore, we want to earn and spend as many “tributes” as possible, which can be offered for free.
How to get Tributes
Relics are the most important.
Then, Alliance shop, Black market.
I get about 100-180 tributes every week this way.
- Relics
- Collect 25 fragments and break the tiles with a hammer. If you’re lucky, you can get 10 of them.
- You must advance your research on the relics in the “Alliance” category of the Academy. You will get more fragments.

- Alliance shop
- 10,000 points per piece
- It is recommended to buy only tributes at the Alliance Shop.

- x5 (300 gems)

- Considering the amount of EXP you can get, it is unbeatable, so I would definitely recommend buying it.

When to Use Tributes
If you only think about the monarch EXP, you can use it any time, but it is a different story when you think about the “prestige” you get at the same time you make the offer.
In my case, I often use all of them together just before the deadline for updating “Rank Ranking” (Sunday Reset Time).

B) Other ways to earn Monarch EXP
Crazy Eggs Event
230,000 EXP or more/day (as of 8/8/2023)
This event runs periodically for about 12 days.
- 3-Hammer egg (Lucy’s egg) -> 60,000 EXP/day
- 3-Hammer egg (Lucy’s egg) activation bonus -> 60,000 EXP/day
- 6-Hammer egg (James Bowie’s egg) activation bonus -> 45,000 EXP/day
- Bonus for activating 4 eggs (Caesar’s egg) -> 65,000 EXP/day
Whether you get it or not when you smash 3-hammer egg is random.
If you fail to activate the 3-Hammer egg, you can smash the same eggs again on the same day. Which may give you more.

Kill many Hydra
Hydra will always drop a chest, which will always contain monarch EXP.
If the chest double-drops, you get twice as much as the following.
- Lv1 Junior Hydra -> 5,000 EXP
- Lv2 Medium Hydra -> 8,000 EXP
- Lv3 Senior Hydra -> 12,000 EXP
- Lv4 Legendary Hydra -> 16,000 EXP
- Lv5 Epic Hydra -> 17,000 EXP

Also, apart from the chest, you can get exp just by killing them.
- Hydra Lv1-5: 3,500EXP each
- (as of July 2024)
Kill many normal monsters with a level 31 or higher
you can get 2,600 EXP per piece.
It is more efficient than hunting low-level bosses. (B8 Peryton = 2,600 EXP)
* Normal monsters below level 30 are not recommended because EXP is very low.
- Level 30 Evil Knight 450 EXP
- Level 31 Evil Knight 2,600 EXP
- Level 32 Evil Knight 2,600 EXP
- Level 33 Inferno Warrior 2,600 EXP
- Level 34 Inferno Warrior 2,600 EXP

Battlefield Shop
Not recommended.
Basically, badges and dragon crystals are valuable. Since they are needed to craft Ares equipment and refine dragons, it is not recommended to buy them from the Battlefield Shop until these things are all settled.

changing culture in arabian also gives more exp and prestige whit a shrine level 35 and offering talent it gives 625 prestige and 50000exp in other cultures it´s 600 and 48500
You can als gain monarch points using gift cards, BOX I or BOX VI
As of right now the hydras are giving 3500 monarch EXP, for all levels 1-4.
Thank you. It may have been difficult to understand, but the information in this article is about the monarch EXP that can be obtained from the chests dropped by the hydra.

A most important factor is WHEN you use tributes, and “cash in” your monarch experience books. Since the monarch level progress bar is based on “%”, the question is: “percent of WHAT?” Monarch power points. That’s why it is hard to increase your level at higher power. But, if you SAV3 your books and tributes to use at some time when you are “zeroed” (which includes battlefields), the same number of monarch experience points will be a much higher percentage of your total monarch power. And the progress bar won’t retreat after you heal back up.

dwarf apple – smallest apple (1 size) provides monarch exp in a not bed rate

Hello. I am always looking and referring to your site. In earning monarch EXP, I think you should not miss the chests that you get when you visit the fire fairy, I got 58 5K monarch EXP from 247 chests and 60 from 304 chests, there is a mess factor, but I got 161 when I collected 724 chests.
