Here’s how to get “Tactic Scroll.”

The Scroll is necessary for the craft of medium to high level equipment in a Forge and Wonder. It is not sold in “Store” or “Alliance Shop“, but you can get it in the following way.

General’s Scroll Chest

*The old name was “Warrior’s Scroll Chest”. The name was changed with the ver 3.86.4 update on 12/21/2020.

Unlike other scrolls, they can only be obtained when a specific event is taking place.

As of today (3/31/2023) it is only available in the King’s party.
However, it requires a hefty payment (Approx. $1,100. Need to buy 275,000 Basic Gems).
You can get only one scroll per event. You cannot choose which equipment scroll you will get.

Unlike other scrolls, they can only be obtained when a specific event is taking place.

What is available depends on the event.

There are 2 main levels of difficulty in obtaining the scrolls, and for each civilization, three are less difficult and three are more difficult.

Civilization Scroll Fragment Chest

With the “Civilization Scroll Fragment Chest” allows you to select 1 scroll of civilization equipment of your choice to get.

2 types: “Conquest” & “Supremacy”

There are 2 types of “Civilization Scroll Fragment Chest”: “Conquest” and “Supremacy.”

With the “Conquest”, you can select a scroll of a lower difficulty level to obtain.

With the “Supremacy”, you can select a scroll of a higher difficulty level to obtain.

1 fragment or 30 fragments included

Which one is available depends on the event.

• 1 fragment: Wheel of Civilization
• 30 fragments: King’s Party, Astrolabe

Events where scrolls are available

Wheel of Civilization

Unlikely, but possible to get without paying.

However, to get 30 pieces in one event, you need $300 for a low difficulty scroll and $1,600 for a high difficulty scroll. (Expected value)

Held once or twice a month for about three days.

If you are lucky, you will win a “Civilization Scroll Fragment Chest (Supremacy)” or “Civilization Scroll Fragment Chest (Conquest)”.

Spin Rewards

After spinning a certain number of times, you will always receive a Civilization Scroll Fragment Chest.

(Once a day, 1 spin for free, 1 spin for 5 coins, and 10 spins for 70 coins.)

How to obtain “Noble Coins”

• Monster hunting: daily limit 90 Coins
• Gathering resources: daily limit 10 Coins
• Buying paid packages:
  • 100 coins for $9.99 package
  • 1,000 coins for $99.99 package

Noble Coins cannot be carried over

Noble Coins cannot be carried over to the next event. When the event ends, they are forcibly converted into “Noble Coin Chests”. (It contains resources, speedups, etc.)

To get 30 fragments in 1 event, you need $300-$1,600

You can get up to 18 of each Civilization Scroll Fragment Chest (Conquest & Supremacy) in a spin (probability) per event.

You can also get up to 12 of each in Spin Rewards.

In other words, you cannot get 30 in one event unless you get all the Spin Rewards.

It takes 300 spins to get all of the Conquest in Spin Rewards. 1,600 spins are required for Supremacy.

The number of coins needed to spin these requires 3,000 for Conquest and 16,000 for Supremacy.

If the coins are bought in a paid pack, 100 coins are for about $10.

In other words, if you get all the coins in a paid pack, you need $300 for the Conquest and $1,600 for the Supremacy.

Astrolabe

You have to pay to get it.

If you win, you will get 30 fragments at once. However, $1,700 is required (expected value).

Similar to the “Wheel of Civilization” above.

However, the “Starblue coin” needed for spinning can only be obtained by buying a paid package.

Held once or twice a month for about three days.

If you are lucky, you will win a “Lost Civilization Scroll Chest (Supremacy)” or “Lost Civilization Scroll Chest (Conquest)”. This contains 30 fragments, so if you win one, you can compose one scroll.

Starblue coins cannot be carried over

Starblue coins cannot be carried over to the next event. When the event ends, they are forcibly converted into “Starblue Chest”.

To get 30 fragments in 1 event, you need $1,700

The probability of winning one scroll chest is 0.5%, so the expected value is one chest (= 30 fragments) in 200 spins.

To get 200 spins, you need 2,000 Starblue coins.

To get 2,000 Starblue coins, you need to buy 17 $99.99 packs (assuming you use the double coupon 3 times).

Therefore, to get 30 fragments, you need to pay $1,700 for one event. (Note: Expected value)

King’s Party

Hundreds to thousands of dollars will need to be paid.

• Requires payment. Obtainable by raising the level of the cake.
  • Level 4 – 1 low difficulty scroll (30 fragments)
    • Requires purchase of 50,000 Basic Gems (approximately $200)
  • Level 10 – 1 high difficulty scroll (30 fragments)
    • Requires the purchase of 500,000 Basic Gems (approximately $2,000)

Not available as of 11/29/2021.

• Raise the level in the Super Value Event “Ekaterina’s Garden“. (Requires payment)
  • Lv3 – Plantagenet Ring Scroll
    • To reach Lv3, you need to purchase 15,000 basic gems. (about $70)
  • Lv6 – Plantagenet Golden Bow Scroll
    • To reach Lv6, you need to purchase 270,000 basic gems. (about $1,300)

History until implementation

4/28/2021 – a pre-event announcement email informed that the Plantagenet Ring could be obtained by completing a quest in the “Rise of the Plantagenet Dynasty” event starting on May 1.

6/10/2021 – The “Rise of the Plantagenet Dynasty” event started, but the game was updated to ver 3.87.15 and Plantagenet Ring disappeared from the forge.

6/12/2021 – I got information from Evony team. They said that Plantagenet Ring has not yet been officially launched and pay attention to activity information in the game.

8/7/2021 – There has been no “Rise of the Plantagenet Dynasty” event since then, but it did appear in the “King’s Party” Super Value Event. Once the cake reached level 3, the scroll was available. (Note – limited to certain servers. Which server will be chosen is random.) (To reach cake Lv3, you need to purchase 25,000 basic gems. (1 -> 2 : 5,000 / 2 -> 3 : 20,000))

10/8/2021 – “Civilization Equipment” was implemented in Wonder, and Plantagenet golden bow and ring were implemented.
