Does the “Attacking Troop Attack” buff from a Japanese subordinate city apply in the following situations? Or, does it only apply for PvP?
1) Attacking the World Boss?
2) Attacking a Boss monster?

Do the buffs stack if I have multiple subs with same culture?
Yes.
So if i got 8 subs of Russia gold, my in city troops A.buff is +10% and not +80 as it need’s to be ?
It’s +80%.
If I change the culture, will the culture of the first subordinate city also change?
It will change.
So, when choosing a culture, it is recommended to focus on what the culture’s subordinate city buffs are, rather than the culture bonus buffs.
(If you increase the rank of the subordinate city, the subordinate city buffs will have a higher percentage.)
For example, if you want research buffs, America is better than China.
